The Developer was created in 2007 under the registration name Warm Brazil Limited and is operating since in selling, negotiating, building and refurbishing luxury properties in Brazil. Warm Brazil had an international publication about Investment and Tourism in Brazil. Warm Brazil Limited Also has a property portfolio for holiday rentals.
CEO
Bruna is a distinguished building manager and expert in project management and negotiation, renowned for her extensive construction experience by senior builders and engineers. In recent years, she has successfully built a portfolio of luxury properties, demonstrating a strong dedication to her work. Her comprehensive understanding of structural stages, project analysis budgeting, and health and safety protocols positions her as an essential resource on-site. Bruna's commitment to and continuous professional development has led to understand every step of the business.
Shadow Director
As a Managing Director with over 10 years of extensive property experience, Mitchell has managed complex client accounts across national and international property investment portfolios. His continued analyses, delivery and successful customer strategies have maximised market penetration activities, to consistently achieve significant increases in revenue and gross profit to enable organisational expansion ambitions. Mitchell at Buzios Park Residence overseen all sales and construction progress.
Finance Director
James is a Director of both WB Brazil Empreedimentos Ltda, in Brazil, and First Investment Solutions Ltd, in London. He grew up in the UK, qualified with Honours in a BA Degree in Economics, before being employed by HSBC Bank, Daiwa Europe Bank and as a Banking Analyst for Standard Chartered, in Hong Kong, Seoul, Bangkok, before returning to London to work as a Vice President atCitybank, as part of a 14-year career in banking. For the last 11 years, James has been a Senior Consultant and Director in property investments and alternative investments, including property, loan notes and FX.
Security Trustee
Dr.Marcio Mello has with over 20 years of extensive property experience, dealing with Brazilian law property law and policy issues, as well as international trade. Dr.Marcio advises on strategic legal questions with a view to reducing costs, mitigating risks, and opening new opportunities for investors. His frim holds a "A" list clientele of others resorts and large multimillion companies as part of their clients database.
Building Manager
Meet Jorge Teixeira, a director at one of the largest construction companies in Buzios. With over 30 years of experience, his family-run business has successfully managed projects totaling over 340 million Brazilian reals Jorge is dedicated to delivering outstanding quality, ensuring every project is sold before completion. Known for their expertise in large-scale construction, his company has built a solid reputation in the city for excellence in both development and management.
Our Arquitec and Designer Team
We have selected the finest professionals architects, Engenher's, designers to project Buzios Park resort, to decorate and landscape our resort. The partnership between the most competent professionals with the values, knowledge and expertise which has created and this project slogan "rebuilding people and places". The team reports and act on the Master Architect, which will direct every step and make sure the project keeps its vision and purpose through out.
The Resort History
Upon her initial visit to this land, Bruna recognized its significant potential. Unbeknownst to her at the time, this area would transform into one of the city's most valuable locations per square meter. She envisioned a vibrant hub of activity, attracting visitors from around the world, with revitalized nature and abundant opportunities in sports, work, and culture. Despite its initial lack of prospects, Bruna discerned the advantageous location and the opportunity to establish a lasting legacy.
